The Music+ program offers students personalized instruction that enhances their musical skills while fostering creativity and self-expression through a variety of instruments and lesson styles.
Our goal is to level the playing field and increase access for all students, regardless of circumstances, schedules, or backgrounds, by providing reasonably-priced lessons during convenient times—specifically during students’ flex periods.
Enrollment for the 26-27 fall semester is due September 1st!
For the 2026-2027 school year, we will be using My Music Staff for payments and scheduling of our Music+ Program
What is My Music Staff?
My Music Staff (MMS) is a web-based studio management and administrative software designed specifically for private music lessons. MMS manages student scheduling and automates invoicing, online payments, attendance tracking, and parent/student portals.
How do I get added to the LPS Music+ My Music Staff page?
When you filled out the Music+ interest form, you and your student(s) were automatically added to the LPS MMS system.
How do I log into my account?
You and your student(s) will each receive an email from MMS inviting you to log into your portal, using a password that you create.
In the student portal, you will be able to see upcoming lessons, make-up credits, news, and more.
In the parent portal, you will be able to manage the accounts of all of the students in your family in one easy account. There, you will be able to see upcoming lessons, make-up credits, and news. You will also be able to cancel a lesson.

How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice email from MMS at the beginning of each month to pay for the following month’s lessons. All lessons must be pre-paid. Note: you will have an option in MMS to save a credit card for auto-payments.
If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payments can be made in person at the Fine Arts Office 1000 Kent St. 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
